1 / How often should you have your roof inspected?

We recommend that you get a roof  once a year. The inspection can identify if there is any weather related damage and water leaks. Common times to complete an inspection by a professional roofing contractor is after a storm, routine check and when selling your home.

2 /  Repair  or Replace roof?

Repairs are a convenient way to prolong the life of your roof or siding if the damage is a small area. If it is a larger area then a complete replacement would be necessary.

3 / How ofter should I replace my roof?

When there is hail, wind or storm damage present on either structure. If there is, it's nearing the end of its lifespan. Any bald spots on the shingles. Shingles missing shingles, or shingles curling.

4 / Should I get my roof inspected after hail storm?

Having your roof inspected after a significant hailstorm is essential to prevent minor damage to becoming a major issue.
